1. General and Skilled Labour (welders, maintenance mechanic. etc)
You may choose to fax or e-mail your resume to us in advance of coming to our office. Please indicate what position(s) you are most interested in applying for. If you don’t hear from us, give us a call. You will be asked to come into our office for an interview. At the interview, please be prepared with your pertinent info – i.e. Social Insurance Number, references, telephone numbers, work history, certificates and photo identification. Please note the following:
- Interview times are Mon-Fri 9-2pm
- It is mandatory that all of our general and skilled labour placements have steel-toed boots or shoes
- At the time of interview, a potential candidate may be asked to complete a short test depending on the position applied for (e.g. Health and Safety quiz, Math and English skills etc.)
- Welders, Maintenance Mechanics and Drivers will be required to produce their certifications & licenses at time of interview. Be sure that your documentation is up to date to avoid delays.
- The entire application and interview process takes approximately 45-60 minutes
- Additional details such as pay rates, job description, timesheets, etc. will be discussed in the interview phase

If a co-ordinator hasn’t responded to your resume within a couple of days, just give us a call and we will update you. You will be asked to come into our office for an interview. At the interview, please be prepared with your pertinent info – i.e. Social Insurance Number, references, telephone numbers, work history, certificates and photo identification. Please note the following:
- At the time of interview, you may be asked to complete a short test (e.g. typing, data entry) depending on the position applied for. You can expect the interview process to take approximately 30 minutes of your time.
- Additional details such as pay rates, job description, timesheets, etc. will be discussed in the interview phase

A) Nursing
We supply qualified personnel to many types of health-care facilities including Specialty Clinics, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Retirement Homes, Private Homes and Correctional Services. Based on client qualifications, Endeavour staff will attempt to place people in the following positions: Registered Staff, HCA’s / PSW’s, Assistants / Orderlies, Homemakers and Companions.

Includes Dietary Aids and Servers
D) Maintenance
Includes General Repairs (Electrical, Painting etc.), Landscaping and Snow Removal
